Vintage Restaurant & Lounge is located in the heart of Boston's Historic Financial District. As a center point of the down town area it is only blocks from the Sea Port, Waterfront, Faneuil Hall, North End and Post Office Square. While our dining room sits in the base of the gorgeously appointed Folio building built in late 2006, our lounge sits in a Charles Bulfinch original building from 1805 which was restored to a modern stylish interior while maintaining its historic charm.
The restaurant opened in October 2006 with a simple concept of providing an elegant and comfortable environment with superior food and drinks at an affordable price. Influenced by the New American cuisines and moving towards fine dining in relaxed, less formal surroundings.
The restaurant's name is derived from both its love for great wine and its desire to provide a classic lounge style environment which permeates throughout the business, from subtle architectural details to the award winning wine list with well over 1000 vintages!
David (Owner) and Ruben (Chef) are both self-confessed foodies with a reputation for creativity and culinary excellence combined with great warmth and geniality. The restaurant has attracted a loyal clientele drawn to the superb food, charm and hospitality of its owners and operators.
In addition to 15 years of Wine Spectator awards of excellence for one of the worlds best wine lists, Vintage has created many regionally inspired dishes including a series of cocktail dedicated to the New England area which are changed seasonally.
Vintage is passionate about its work and its associations not only with regional food producers and suppliers, but also with the wider local community, from schools and businesses to colleges and charities.
